We really focus on accuracy in shape and size, because warped grid floors can cause big problems.
We combine decades of experience in concrete production and animal husbandry with German technology.
Each production phase and barn requires its own particular solution, and we are really flexible.
Our slats have rounded edges to give your stock the adequate protection even with the highest possible gap ratios.
We use C55-65 grade concrete rather than standard C35, giving extra protection from corrosion and added wear resistance

Every batch of Stallprofi slatted flooring has an ID number to assist in failure analysis in the unlikely event of there being any issues, thereby further improving the manufacturing process.
Slatted floors can suffer damage during transportation and shipping. We want to supply a perfect product, which is why we pay special attention to packaging and support when unloading . Edge protectors minimize the risk of impact damage while our unloading manual supports machinery operators in their lifting and storage operations.
We offer further support during installation to prevent issues and damage occurring then. Our custom-designed and manually operated cart is perfect for quickly moving and precisely positioning the individual flooring elements.
